How Rubi Agave Was Born

We set out to build something Homer Glen didn't have — a place where cuisine from all over Latin America shows up on one menu, in one room, on any given night.

We're proud to be a true Latin Fusion restaurant. Fusion isn't about losing tradition—it's about celebrating creativity. Throughout Latin America, cultures have influenced one another for centuries, and we've embraced that same spirit in our kitchen. You'll find dishes that honor tradition alongside original creations like Puerto Rican Lasagna, Bang Bang Sesame Tacos, and other chef-inspired specialties that blend Latin flavors with influences from around the world.
